With Business Partners. With business partners and other third parties, such as promotional partners with whom we partner to offer contests or other joint-promotional activities.

With Service Providers.With service providers, who may have access to or need to process your personal information in order to provide us with services. These services may include, among other things, to help us fulfill your requests, to create or maintain our databases, to research and analyze the people who request products, services, or information from us, to prepare and distribute communications, to respond to inquiries, website hosting, customer relationship management, to deliver advertising-related services, analytics and market research, to process payments, process authentication and log-in information, backup, storage, payment processing, analytics and other services. These third-party service providers may have access to or process your personal information for the purpose of providing these services for us. We do not permit our third-party service providers to use the personal information that we share with them for their own commercial purposes.

Advertising and Marketing Partners: We may use third-party advertising partners like Google Analytics, Insign.LA a marketing agency and other similar services to serve advertisements on our Services and on selected websites and mobile applications operated by others. We may deny certain requests, or fulfill a request only in part, based on our legal rights and obligations. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity prior to responding to certain of your requests. The verification steps will vary depending on the sensitivity of the personal information.
